About Carole

My journey to becoming a life and spiritual coach is the result of a career focused on supporting the personal and professional development of others, a smattering of challenging life circumstances, and the insights that grew out of them.  As a child, I was keenly observant and noticed patterns and dynamics in relationships and behaviors that others seemed to overlook.  I enjoy a vibrant inner world, and naturally gravitate to spiritual concepts as a source of understanding, growth and consolation.

 

After completing a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I spent the initial decade of my career as a therapist.  Although the work was meaningful, I found a passion for education, and I transitioned into a career in adult learning and development in the private sector. In 2003, I completed a corporate coaching training program, and expanded my toolbox to include career, team and leadership coaching. Throughout these experiences, I grew to understand that supporting professional and personal growth in others was my calling.

 

Through the past decade, having faced additional life challenges, it was natural for me to turn inward and “upward” to explore spiritual perspectives as a path to understanding and addressing these issues. It was a logical next step, having found a source of healing and answers through spiritual exploration and practices, to become certified in life and spiritual coaching, and be able to expand my ability to serve others through this powerful approach to coaching.  

 

In this ever increasing fast paced world, sometimes we just need a someone to hear us, to truly listen, and help us sort through our emotions, frustrations, challenges and especially, our aspirations.

 

I welcome clients of all faith backgrounds and spiritual perspectives.  My coaching services are designed to help connect individuals with their innermost selves and navigate the complexities of life with clarity and purpose.  My approach is rooted in deep listening, compassion, and a commitment to growth. Whether you’re seeking to find balance in your life, pursue unattained goals, deepen your spiritual practice, or some combination of these, I'm here to support you along your unique journey.
